안녕하세요, 학술위원장 윤장호입니다.

ALSA에서 주최/주관하는 국제모의재판대회, 2016 AIMCC(ALSA International Moot Court Competition)의 소식을 알려드리려 왔습니다:)

AIMCC는 국제투자분쟁조정에 대한 모의조정대회인데요, 전세계의 학부생들이라면 누구나 참가가 가능합니다. 권위있는 로펌들 및 전문가들의 후원 및 협력이 주어지고 있기에 학문적으로 좋은 경험일 뿐만 아니라 훌륭한 네트워킹 기회이기도 합니다.

이번 대회는 서류로 진행되는 예선(the Written Memorial Round)와 스리랑카에서 진행되는 본선(the International Oral Round)에 걸쳐서 진행될 예정입니다. 서류심사를 거쳐 본선 진출 여부를 결정합니다.

일시: 2016년 8월 19-21일

장소: 스리랑카 대법원

참가비: 180USD

The AIMCC is a simulated arbitration hearing of an international investment dispute settlement which is open to all undergraduate law students around the world. In collaboration with prestigious firms and professionals, the AIMCC will offer you a unique and quality moot court experience as well as various exciting networking opportunities.

The competition will be divided into two rounds: the Written Memorial Round and the International Oral Round in Sri Lanka. Teams will be assessed on the basis of their memorial to determine if they qualify for the oral rounds.

1st Prize:　1000 USD
Registration Deadline:　April 30th, 2016
Written Submission Deadline:　June 15th, 2016
Participation Fee: 180 USD* per person
(*This fee is only required for team members that qualify for the International Oral Round in Sri Lanka. The fee includes accommodation for 3 nights, meals, transportation, and opening/closing dinners.)
